Salon Policy

APPOINTMENTS

Please come to your appointment with nothing on your nails. You will receive a confirmation txt and email 48HRS PRIOR to your appointment which will include the address. The booking fee will be forfeited for all appointments cancelled less than 24hrs prior to appointment time as well as any last minute rescheduling, we will try and accomodate where we can but this wont always be possible as we are typically fully booked for a minimum of 2-3 months in advanced. If your appointment cannot possibly be rescheduled this will result in booking fee being forfeited. If you cancel on the day of your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the service booked, the $80 booking fee included in this total if there is one.

 

If you end up needing to reschedule your appointment on the day, this will also result in the full amount of your service booked being charged, the $80 booking fee also being included in this total if there is one.  If you fail to reply to the confirmation within 24HRS, your appointment will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED and booking fee forfeited. If you do not receive a confirmation txt, please message us to confirm (the system can sometimes make mistakes). If you are 15mins late to your appointment with no notice your appointment will also be cancelled and deposit forfeited or cancellation fee applied. 

 

Your booking fee non refundable under any circumstances. The cost of your booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of service on the day of your appointment. If for some reason your appointment needs to be cancelled by She Got Nailed, your booking fee will be held as credit on your account and may taken off the total cost of the rescheduled appointment, it will not be refunded under this circumstance. 

If you are needing to reschedule your appointment more than 24hrs prior to your appointment, your booking fee may be transferred over to the rescheduled appointment. 

 

COVID-19 UPDATE

Your booking fee is non refundable,  if you appointment gets cancelled due to a lockdown, your booking fee will be held as credit on your account for rescheduling and will not be refunded. This credit may be used for any future bookings and does not have an expiry.

Please be sure to contact us during working hrs (9am-5pm, Mon-Sat), if you contact us outside of working hours please keep in mind that we only be able to respond within working hours. Be sure to only send 1 TXT MESSAGE to ensure you don't fall down in the queue. We are an extremely busy business, please allow 2-5 business days for a response. We appreciate and thank you for your patience. 

 

PAYMENT

This can be done on the day via cash, eftpos or Afterpay.

 
ARRIVAL 

Please be sure to arrive at the time of your appointment, if you're early please contact us to let us know, we will let you know when to come in. If you're running late please let us know as early as possible.
